@rherdalaezian It's tricky but don't worry! If you study hard then you can reach your desired grades. :)
Usually, when people ask others to study hard, they never specify what to do(at least for me most of the time) so I listed some tips that I use in case you would like a bit of help.
A few tips could be: using things like flashcards where you test your memory; sticking post-stick notes around your house(places you would go the most) so you become more familiar with what you've written on them as you'll see it a lot; practising previous exam papers so you know how to approach similar questions appropriately(this site is very good: https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/); or searching for the topic in the browser, reading the information and then rewriting it into your own words while keeping the key ideas.
I also believe that even if you don't get your desired grade, it really matters whether you've tried your hardest or not. Try not to worry too much about what others got since comparing is very bad for your mental health.
Everyone has different revision techniques. Mine might work for you but if they don't, I'm sure many others do the trick. Don't be afraid to ask pupils in your school, especially those that are going to take the GCSE this year, for advice as most of them should've studied hard during year 10.
